`Painting with Wool`

Have recently been trying out some 2d needle felting and am finding it really enjoyable. It is very absorbing as it takes alot of concentration and is quite fiddly but it is a lovely way to work, am sure I will be doing more of these. This is my first complete portrait of this lovely little jack russell, not bad for starters. With special thanks to Sophie Wheatley for her `best ever dog portrait` course where I have been learning all the techniques from her fantastic demonstrations and tuition, highly recommended for anyone interested in learning this fascinating craft
